Overview

The Culture Catalyst is a live, facilitator-led training experience designed to help individuals and teams move through creative blocks, reconnect to purpose, and unlock innovative problem-solving. The program is grounded in a proven Stanford University master’s-level curriculum focused on creativity, emotional intelligence, and conscious communication in business contexts.

This experience is delivered live—in person or virtually—and is designed for teams navigating complexity, change, or stalled progress.

My Role

I am a licensed, certified Culture Catalyst facilitator with authorization to deliver and visually redesign the training experience while preserving the integrity of the core methodology and activities.

My role includes:

  • Designing the learning flow based on the business problem being solved

  • Customizing facilitation, pacing, and activities for team and organizational context

  • Translating abstract creativity concepts into applied workplace practice

  • Leading live sessions focused on insight, reflection, and behavioral shift

While the underlying methodology remains consistent across certified facilitators, the learning experience design, delivery approach, and application are intentionally adapted to meet the needs of each audience.

Instructional Design Approach

This program is intentionally experiential and facilitator-led, emphasizing:

  • Practice over presentation

  • Reflection, dialogue, and applied insight

  • Psychological safety and trust as foundations for innovation

  • Conscious communication to improve collaboration and decision-making

Rather than content consumption, participants engage in guided exercises that surface assumptions, unlock intuition, and support creative breakthrough.
