Executive Reinvention & Performance Acceleration

10x Confidence is an original, facilitator-led learning experience designed to support executives and entrepreneurs through reinvention, transformation, and sustained confidence at the next level of their lives and leadership.

​

This program blends performance psychology, coaching, self-awareness, and experiential learning into a structured retreat-style journey—equal parts restoration and rigor.

​

Context

High-performing leaders often reach moments where success outpaces alignment. Despite capability and experience, they may feel stalled, disconnected, or uncertain about what’s next.

10x Confidence was designed for individuals seeking:

  • Personal or professional reinvention

  • Greater clarity and conviction

  • Confidence to step into a new chapter of leadership or life

Program Design

10x Confidence is structured as a weekly retreat and discovery experience, allowing participants to step out of urgency and into intentional growth.

The experience integrates:

  • Cognitive and behavioral coaching principles

  • Emotional intelligence and self-regulation

  • Performance psychology and resilience

  • Visualization, reflection, and applied practice

  • Community, trust-building, and peer support

Each session builds on the last, supporting sustained insight, integration, and action.

Instructional Design Approach

This program was designed using a human-centered, experiential learning model, emphasizing:

  • Depth over speed

  • Practice over performance

  • Reflection paired with application

  • Psychological safety and trust

  • Integration of mind, body, and context

Rather than delivering content, the design supports identity-level shifts that translate into confident action.
